Welcome to the "Mukhtaser" platform, owned and operated by Fast Programming for Information Technology. We place the highest importance on your privacy and the protection of your personal and business data, and we operate in accordance with the best professional and legal practices to ensure the confidentiality and security of the information you provide to us.

1. Scope of the Policy

This policy explains how user information is collected, used, and protected across all sections of the Mukhtaser platform, which are:

Mukhtaser for Individuals.
Mukhtaser for Establishments (free and paid packages).
Custom Mukhtaser (within the paid package).

2. Information We Collect

a) In the Mukhtaser for Individuals section

Email address.
Phone number.
Social media accounts (based on user input).
Bank accounts (based on user input).

All this data is manually entered by the user and is not collected from external sources or verified through third parties.

b) In the Mukhtaser for Establishments section

Official documents: Commercial register, national address, VAT certificate.
Establishment data: Trade name, unified national number, tax registration number, national address, contact numbers, email.
Internal notes: Entered by the Mukhtaser team after reviewing and auditing the data through internal verification stages.

c) In the Custom Mukhtaser section (paid package)

Data similar to the Establishments section, with a dedicated 6-digit Mukhtaser code chosen by the client.

The client can add additional fields and data according to usage requirements, such as bank accounts, branch addresses, and social media account links.

3. How Information is Used

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

Providing Mukhtaser services and facilitating the use of the platform.
Auditing and reviewing establishment data to ensure its accuracy.
Making Mukhtaser data available for general search and inquiry through the system without requiring further consent from the data owner.
Improving service quality and developing the system.

Sending notifications related to the service, subscription, or updates.

4. Sharing Information with Third Parties

We do not share data with any third party outside the internal Mukhtaser team and operations.
No data is sold, rented, or exchanged with marketing or commercial entities.

Some data may be disclosed upon request by official government authorities or by a binding court order in accordance with the laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

5. Data Storage

Data is stored in data centers inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (cloud hosting).
All storage locations are subject to strict protection measures and advanced encryption and information security standards.

6. User Rights

Users can edit their personal and business data through their accounts on the system.
Users have the right to request account deletion or data modification; however, the platform retains copies of the data as needed for operational, regulatory, or legal purposes.

7. Data Retention Period

We retain data as long as the account is active.
In case of account closure or termination, we retain the data for a period determined by the company according to operational, analytical, or regulatory compliance needs.

8. Data Security

We implement a set of technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect your data from:

Unauthorized access.
Illegal use.
Unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure.

However, the user acknowledges and understands that the internet is inherently not completely secure, and the company makes every possible effort without providing an absolute guarantee against any breach or leak.

9. Updates to the Privacy Policy

The company reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time.

Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or in-platform notifications.

10. Temporary Suspension of Account Data Access

Data Collection and Use:
We collect user information and attachments (documents), whether for individuals or establishments, within paid or free packages, to enable the system to provide services accurately and efficiently.
Need to Update Data:
To ensure the accuracy of information and proper account access, we require all users to periodically update their attachments and documents.
Temporary Access Suspension:
If attachments are not updated within the specified timeframe, the system has the right to temporarily suspend account access until the required data is completed. This measure aims to protect data and ensure correct and secure system use.
Maintaining Information:
We always strive to ensure that data and attachments are up-to-date and reliable, applying the highest standards of security and confidentiality to protect user information.
User Rights:
Users have the right to access and update their data in accordance with the system’s applicable terms.

11. Platform Disclaimer on the Accuracy of Entered Data

The user, whether an individual or an entity, acknowledges that they are the sole and direct responsible party for the accuracy, correctness, and legality of all data and information entered, uploaded, modified, or shared through the “mukhtaser” platform, whether done personally by them or by any of their employees, representatives, or authorized agents.

This includes — but is not limited to —:

Bank account information
Entity information or its locations or branches
Information of added employees, their permissions, and job positions
Official documents and attachments
Social media platform links and accounts
Any general or private data entered into the system

The “mukhtaser” platform disclaims all responsibility for any:

Errors
Inaccurate or misleading data
Unlawful use
Direct or indirect damages arising from data entered by the user or their affiliates, and the platform shall not bear any legal, regulatory, or financial liability resulting from reliance on such data by any party.

12. Consent and Legal Basis for Data Processing Clause

By using the “mukhtaser” platform, the user expressly acknowledges and consents to the collection, processing, and use of their data in accordance with this policy, and in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

13. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event that the user requests to cancel the subscription after the issuance of the “mukhtaser” code, 15% of the total amount paid will be deducted as non-refundable administrative and operational fees.

In addition, the actual system usage cost will be calculated according to the monthly usage formula, whereby the following will be deducted:

The full month used
Or a portion of the month, depending on the duration of usage
from the total amount paid, and any remaining balance — if any — will be refunded to the user according to the company’s approved refund mechanism.

The user is not entitled to request a refund for any periods during which the service was activated or the code was used.

14. Data Deletion Policy upon Cancellation or Termination of the Relationship

Data Deletion Policy

Upon cancellation of the subscription or termination of the contractual relationship between the user and the “mukhtaser” platform, data shall be handled as follows:

Access to the account will be suspended immediately upon subscription termination.
Data will be retained for a period determined by the company according to operational, regulatory, or legal requirements.
The company has the right to permanently delete the data after the retention period without any obligation to provide prior notice.

The platform shall not be held responsible for any data loss if the user did not request to export their data prior to cancellation.

15. Service Suspension Clause

The platform reserves the right to temporarily suspend or restrict access to the account in the event of:

Failure to update the required documents or data
Existence of incomplete or outdated information
Suspicion of unlawful use

This measure is considered a preventive and regulatory action and does not give rise to any liability or compensation on the part of the company.

16. Jurisdiction Clause

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Saudi courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute arising from it.
