The platform does not guarantee that the services are free from errors, interruptions, or technical defects, and is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the system or reliance on the data within it.
The owning company, its management, employees, or contractors are not responsible for any legal, commercial, financial, or regulatory claims arising from misuse of the system or data by any third party.
All services and tools provided by the platform are supplementary aids to facilitate data sharing based on user input and do not in any way constitute an official reference or a substitute for documents issued by relevant government or official authorities.
The user acknowledges that by using the system, some of their data may be shared publicly according to the nature of the platform’s operations, as long as it is in accordance with the declared and agreed-upon system policies.
The owning company, its management, employees, or contractors are not responsible for any incorrect information in bank accounts, social media platforms, branch addresses, or any other data and information added or entered by the user.

Registration Responsibility: The registrant acknowledges that they are responsible for registering this organization on the platform. If the registrant is not authorized to register the organization, they understand that they may be subject to legal accountability.
Access and Use of Data: By registering on this platform, the registrant grants us the right to access, store, and use their data and files as necessary to operate and improve our services.
Data Disclosure: The platform and its administrators reserve the right to disclose organization data upon request, without the need for prior consent or notice to the user.
User Obligations: Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the platform and to provide accurate and complete information during registration and use.

Criteria for Choosing a Custom Mukhtaser in the Mukhtaser System:
To ensure the accuracy of information and protect the rights of all parties, all subscribers must adhere to the following policies and standards when requesting a custom Mukhtaser:
The Mukhtaser must be compatible with the identity of the registered entity and directly reflect it.
The Mukhtaser can represent a logical abbreviation or be derived from the official registered name of the entity.
The Mukhtaser may be based on a registered trademark owned by the registered entity.
There must be a clear and documented relationship between the registered entity and the requested Mukhtaser.
Mukhtasers that have no legal or commercial connection to the entity, or violate applicable laws and regulations, are not allowed.
Commitment not to infringe intellectual property rights or use prohibited or reserved Mukhtasers belonging to another party.
System’s Right to Accept or Reject: The system reserves the right to accept or reject any custom Mukhtaser without providing reasons.
Compliance with Intellectual Property Rights: The custom Mukhtaser must not violate any intellectual property rights or registered trademarks. It must not include country names or names of famous personalities.
Official Documents: The system reserves the right to request official documents or proof when submitting a custom Mukhtaser request.
Character Limit: The custom Mukhtaser must consist of 6 characters, according to system policies.
Avoid Inappropriate Terms: The custom Mukhtaser must not contain offensive or inappropriate terms.
Repetition of Letters and Numbers: The custom Mukhtaser must not consist of repeated or identical letters or numbers, such as using a single character or number repeatedly.
Appropriateness of the Mukhtaser Name: The custom Mukhtaser must reflect the name of the business or organization.
Priority for Registered Businesses: Priority in registering a custom Mukhtaser is given to officially registered businesses.
Mukhtaser Validity Period: The custom Mukhtaser will be valid for a certain period and can be renewed according to the organization’s policies.
Mukhtaser Cancellation: The system reserves the right to cancel any custom Mukhtaser if it is found to violate the terms and conditions or is used for illegal purposes.
Prohibition of Illegal Use: Custom Mukhtasers must not be used in any illegal activities or actions that harm public interests.
Mukhtaser Review: The system reserves the right to review and verify compliance of custom Mukhtasers with the terms and conditions.
Cancellation of Pending Requests: Custom Mukhtaser requests that remain incomplete for a long period may be automatically canceled.
Service Fees: Additional fees may be applied in the future for registering or renewing custom Mukhtasers.
Data Update: Clients must regularly update their data to ensure the continuity of their custom Mukhtaser.
Request Limits: The system reserves the right to set a maximum number of custom Mukhtaser requests allowed for each business or organization.
