Second: Intellectual Property Rights Terms

Intellectual Property Rights

    1. All content available on the “Mukhtasir” platform, including but not limited to:
      texts, logos, designs, visual identities, software, source codes, databases, technical documentation, templates, user interfaces, illustrative materials, and user guides,
      is fully owned by Fast Programming for Information Technology and is protected under the intellectual property laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant international laws.
    2. It is prohibited for any party to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or display any part of the platform’s content, systems, infrastructure, or databases without obtaining prior written permission from the owning entity.
    3. “Mukhtasir” is a registered trademark wholly owned by Fast Programming for Information Technology. The use of the trademark name, logo, or any elements of its visual or distinctive identity in any advertising, marketing, media, commercial, or other materials is not permitted without explicit prior approval from the company.
    4. Any attempt to decompile the system, perform reverse engineering, hack, manipulate system codes, or bypass granted usage rights is strictly prohibited.
    5. The company reserves all its legal and statutory rights to pursue any violation or unauthorized use of the platform’s content or any of its protected elements.
    6. Use of the “Mukhtasir” platform or subscription to any of its services, whether free or paid, does not result in any transfer or assignment, in whole or in part, of intellectual property rights. The usage right granted to the user is non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, and limited in accordance with what is stipulated in this agreement.
    7. Ownership of any improvements, updates, developments, additions, customizations, or derivative works implemented on the “Mukhtasir” platform, whether initiated by the company or based on a request from a user or partner, shall be the exclusive property of Fast Programming for Information Technology, unless otherwise stipulated in a written and signed agreement between both parties.
    8. The user retains ownership of the data they input into the platform; however, the system’s technical architecture, processing mechanisms, models, algorithms, and methods of integration and verification remain fully owned by the company. Ownership of data does not grant any right to ownership of the system or any part thereof.
    9. Any user, partner, or related party is prohibited from using the platform or accessing its components, results, technical outputs, or deliverables for the purpose of creating, developing, or supporting any competing system, platform, or service, whether directly or indirectly.
    10. All operational mechanisms, algorithms, verification models, integration structures, technical workflows, and any undisclosed information related to the platform are considered protected trade secrets and may not be disclosed or exploited in any manner.
    11. The use of the name “Mukhtasir,” reference to it, display of its logo, or screenshots of the system in any media, marketing, or informational content, including websites, presentations, or social media platforms, is not permitted without obtaining prior written approval from the company.
    12. All intellectual property rights provisions shall remain valid and binding even after the termination, cancellation, or suspension of platform usage for any reason.
    13. The violating party shall be obligated to compensate the company for any direct or indirect damages, losses, claims, or legal costs resulting from any infringement of intellectual property rights.
